When I saw Sandra's (Reviews in Chalk) post about this book I knew I had to get it! My 10 year old son absolutely loves creating concoctions, blowing stuff up, making messes etc. so I figured this book would go over very well- and it did!
His very first experiment choices were "A Bathroom Stink Bomb" & "The Toilet Volcano." So far, we've completed about seven of them and they were all very successful! None of the experiments in the book require any outlandish ingredients, the instructions are easy to follow and kids can do them with minimal to no help, depending on the experiment and age.
They're perfect for rainy days or just when you're kids get bored at home and need something to do. There are about 70 experiments in the book so there's a good variety to choose from that will please all different ages and tastes.
It's a fantastic way to get your kids interested in science and a must have for their bathroom!
